Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 October 2026
Landing Page Builder is operated by Shreya, trading as AuruNex Ventures, an individual business operator in the United Kingdom. This policy explains how information is handled when you use landingpagebuilder.aurunex.com. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to aurunex.ventures@gmail.com.
Information you provide
When you create an account, we receive your email address and information needed to authenticate you. If you choose Google sign-in, Google may share your name, email address and profile picture with Firebase Authentication, provided by Google. We do not request access to your Gmail messages or Google Drive files.
We store the profiles, links, folder and tab names, page settings, and pictures that you choose to add. You control what you put on a page. A published page can be opened by anyone with its address unless you enable that profile's PIN protection.
How we use information
We use account information to provide sign-in, save and display your pages, respond to support requests, and protect the service against misuse. A PIN is stored as a salted hash rather than as the digits you entered. Browser trust and temporary unlocks use security tokens and cookies so a protected page can recognise an authorised browser.
Legal bases and security information
We use account and saved-page data to perform our contract with you, including providing a Free account or Premium service. We use necessary payment and tax records to meet legal obligations. We use proportionate security logs, hashed network identifiers for abuse prevention, and support records for our legitimate interests in keeping the service secure and resolving requests. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Providing account information is necessary to create an account; without it we cannot save your pages.
Information stored in your browser
Authentication and trusted-browser cookies support sign-in and PIN access. If you enable optional link history through Browser privacy settings, the Home page keeps recent and most-visited links in that browser's local storage. This history counts only links opened from Landing Page Builder; it is not your general browser history and is not synchronised to other browsers.
Temporary page-unlock cookies last for the browser session, with server-side access expiring after 12 hours. If you choose to trust a browser, its access token lasts up to 400 days unless you revoke it sooner. Firebase keeps sign-in state until sign-out or clearing browser storage. Theme choices, notes and checklist items use local storage for the features you choose; browser storage persists until cleared. Most-visited history covers seven days and recent history includes up to 20 link identifiers. Optional history is off until you enable it and can be disabled and cleared using Browser privacy settings. We do not load advertising scripts or advertising trackers in the current application.
Service providers and external content
Google Firebase Authentication provides sign-in. Cloudflare Workers runs the application, D1 stores page and subscription information, and R2 stores uploaded images. Google provides Google sign-in, and website icons may be requested from Google's favicon service. Stripe processes Premium checkout and subscription management; we receive subscription identifiers, status, and billing dates needed to grant access, but do not store your card details. Opening a link you saved takes you to that external website, which has its own privacy practices.
Sharing and retention
We use Google Firebase for authentication and Cloudflare to store page information and make published content available to people who open your page. Other people can see the contents of a published, unprotected page if they have its address. A PIN-protected page requires its PIN or an authorised trusted browser. Account data is kept while the account is in use; you can remove links and profiles in the builder and contact us to request account-data deletion. Service-provider backups may retain copies for a limited period under their own retention processes.
International processing
Our providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside the UK. Overseas processing must use an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards and any required transfer assessment. Contact us to ask about the providers, processing locations and safeguards relevant to your data.
Your data protection rights and complaints
Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We will normally respond to a UK data-rights request within one month; extensions are only used where legally permitted and explained to you. We may need proportionate identity verification. We do not use your data to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Contact aurunex.ventures@gmail.com with privacy requests or complaints. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, or your local supervisory authority where applicable.
Your choices
You can edit or remove your content, choose whether to publish a page, enable or remove a profile PIN, and remove trusted browsers. You can clear recent-link history from the Home page or clear this site's browser storage. To ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, email aurunex.ventures@gmail.com.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above shows when it was last updated.
