Reports and complaints

Report illegal or harmful content, scams, malware, privacy concerns or copyright infringement to aurunex.ventures@gmail.com. You do not need an account to report.

Include the page URL, relevant link or comment, why you are reporting it, and a contact email if you want a response. Do not send passwords, page PINs, payment card information or copies of illegal material. For an immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Our process

We review reports and prioritise urgent safety concerns. Where appropriate we may remove or restrict content, contact the page owner, or refer matters to the relevant authority. We handle personal information under our Privacy Policy.

Appeal or complain

If you believe a moderation decision is wrong, email the same address with the page URL, decision and reason for your appeal. You can also use this route for service or billing complaints. Cancellation and refunds are explained in our refund policy.
