Refund and Cancellation Policy

Landing Page Builder is operated by Shreya, trading as AuruNex Ventures, an individual business operator in the United Kingdom. For product support, email aurunex.ventures@gmail.com. Stripe processes Premium payments. AuruNex Ventures handles product support and refund requests.

Trial and renewal

Where offered at checkout, Premium starts with a 9-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe will charge £9.99 for the first year and renew the subscription yearly at the price shown at checkout, unless you cancel before a renewal. The date of your next charge is shown in your Membership page and Stripe customer portal.

Cancel your subscription

Sign in and open Membership, then choose Cancel renewal; or
Open Manage billing from Membership or visit the Membership page.

Cancelling renewal and exercising a statutory right to cancel your contract are different. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. It does not automatically refund a charge already made. Your Premium features normally remain available until the end of your current trial or paid period; afterward, items beyond Free limits remain saved but archived.

UK consumer cooling-off rights

If you are a UK consumer, you normally have 14 days after the day your Premium service contract is made to cancel without giving a reason. The free trial does not replace or shorten that right. Tell us clearly by email that you wish to cancel the contract, rather than only stop its next renewal. You can use the optional form below, but it is not required.

We will return payments due under a valid statutory cancellation within 14 days of being informed, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a refund fee. A proportionate charge for services already supplied is only applicable where legally permitted and you expressly requested the service to start during the cooling-off period after receiving the required information. Starting a trial or using Premium does not by itself waive your statutory rights. Rights relating to a faulty, misdescribed or inadequately supplied service are also unaffected.

Request a refund

To request a refund or exercise any applicable withdrawal right, email aurunex.ventures@gmail.com with the email used for your subscription and the receipt or transaction reference. Do not send card details. AuruNex Ventures reviews the request and processes any approved refund through Stripe. Nothing on this page limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
